Diary of a hidden thin girl

Weighed in this morning Fri 28th May 21 with a 4lb loss. Obviously happy with that but it just puts me at my SW starting weight but I’ll take it 😂

On plan 100% had a good day, weighed in at 14.9 which was a 4lb loss

Saturday 29.5.21
We went on a rod trip to Conway today, it’s only a couple of hours drive away and since we haven’t been anywhere in over a year like the rest of the sensible people we threw cation to the wind 😂
It was the furthest we’d travelled with our 2 year old Labrador but he did well and loved his hour romping on the beach and in the sea. We met up with my friend Jonathan and his 2 kids (his Mrs was working 🙁) they enjoyed playing with Freddy. We had a good walk around Conway, picnic and then crabbing.

We left late afternoon and I was so glad I had prepped our dinner as it was a tiring day.

All was good food wise until...... yip the dreaded binge came...... I don’t think I’d eaten enough during the day and didn’t really enjoy my dinner..... what is done is done and tomorrow is another day.

Bank holiday Monday 31.5.21
Didn’t do much today except house work, chilled and then took our Lab for a walk to the river so he could have a soak. Had a BBQ in the evening didn’t photograph food but had some salmon kebabs which were half a syn each and delicious I had 3 hubby tried one. I also had an Aldi burger with a cheeses slice.

Tuesday 1.6.21

My last day of leave...... spent the day at my mums clearing out rubbish from some cupboards found millions of old photographs from childhood to teenage. I found some of my photos from my time in the WRNS when I was 17 which was great. I was a heck of a lot slimmer 😂

Today was a good on plan food day, breakfast was a grill up, lunch was a tuna salad wholemeal roll, dinner was a monster jacket....... I got hungry again at 10pm as I was going to bed so had some leftover ham and a bit of fruit to take the hunger away....... I didn’t cave for crisps n chocolates......well done me 😂

Thursday 3.6.21
Fully on plan, started with fruit, Fargo 0% and 1tbsp of Muesli
Lunch was a pizza omelette made with mushrooms, potatoes, peppers, tomato....this was really delicious 😋
Tea was a mini roast then I had my HEXB Muesli to add to the morning tbsp.

Agghhhh....... why do I do it...... I annoy myself.

This last weekend I have been away in the Lakes on a girls weekend, enjoyed eating and unusual for me drinking..... todays weigh in is 15 stone........ gutted......

Ok, I can do this, I need to do this, aiming for my first mini goal of 10lb off

Back to being mindful of what I’m eating.
 
We are diving into July 6 months gone already, quite scary how fast the years go by.

Today has been a good food day

Breakfast was shreddies & skim milk

Lunch was 1 toast, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, 2 heck sausages, egg.

Dinner was home made spaghetti bolognaise with 2 pieces of garlic baguette

Couple of pieces of Hershey’s cookies & creme.
