lol well i thought i should keep a diary :rolleyes:
since i started to keep track of what im eating altho in this past week i was away from hom i only lost 1lb :( im dissapointed altho i knwo i ate diffrent food i did get more excercise .. oh well today i had a ww yougurt for brekkie a cheese and ham pannini for lunch 481 and i was bad i stoped at wrk and enede up with a mars shake ! 515 :O so looks liek a ww mexican dinner lol be about 300 so i guess im a lill over my target but i did walk around town and clean the house today lol so .. lots of moving about lol

i forgot to add the pic that made me want to loose weight lol


this was taken today in my jeans i havnt been able to wear in over year ( and yes i knwo im still pogy in tehm but least i can wearthem legs fit in now)


altho i struggle to see my weight loss i guess its happenign slowly :)

Don't be disheartened at only losing 1lb, you are doing fabulously ... 40lb lost so far is AMAZING. Keep going, even if the scales aren't showing huge losses, as your body may just be readjusting, and you might find you are losing inches even though the weight loss is slowing down.

Just started calorie counting and read your diary. Wanted to say well done and has it all been lost by calorie counting?

ok today is nto a good day i woke up still ill froom alcohol last night and not a hangover as i dint drin k enought or keep enough of anythign in to have a hangover. but i ate a bitty more than i should have .. and after i ate alot i dint feel ill perhaps i just dint get enough yesterday since i was way under from excercise then was ill
:( but hey ho at least im not feeling so ill . just have to be good tomorow lol
