Diary of a Vegan Slimmer

Hello everyone! I thought this would be a good way to help me stay focused. I have been following Slimming World for about three weeks now and i'm really pleased with the results so far!
I was a life long vegetarian and made the leap to veganism about 18 months ago. My downfalls are cake and wine.
 
Today:

2 Weetabix with soya milk and some raspberries (Hex A1 and B1)
Banana muffin, my friend made this for me and i have no idea how much to syn it!
Jacket potato with half a tin of Asda chickpea dhal with veg added
Two jammie dodgers (4 syns)
Rice, tofu, sweetcorn and courgette with some soya sauce (feel a bit sick this evening and that's all i fancy)

If i want a snack later i'll have ryveta (HexB2) and a bit of soya cheese (HexA2)

Better mention that i am doing all green days!
 
Yesterday -

Weetabix and soya milk (Hex a&b)
Veg stirfry with some rice
Cottage pie and peas
Chocolate soya icecream (5 syns)
 
Hi, I'm Jean, a vegan and have just started doing the slimming world diet, would love to get in touch with other vegans.
 
yay, another vegan :) doing SW too :)

I've just given up as I have some health issues to deal with before I can focus on any weight loss issues but amongst the angst in my diary there are quite a lot of recipes.
