Hiya everyone!
So, at the beginning of the year i did calorie counting (boring!) but i got down from 12st 7 to about 10st 13, took me until march,and i managed to stay this weight until August, as i had a holiday to Turkey and went up to 11st 5.5, at this point i was feeling sluggish and just wanted to get my weight down for good as im only 5"3 and should of been way lighter!
Anyway it was then me, my mum, sister and my nan decided to join slimming world! So ive been there 13 weeks today and have lost 1st 5.5 taking me dot on 10 stone
its the best thing i ever did, but after reading so many motivating diaries i wanted to start my own through losing the last of my weight 
Food today:
B: 2 x Weetabix (heB)
Banana
200ml S.Skimmed & cup of tea (heA)
S: apple
L: Med cous cous (2)
Sweetcorn & red onion
Grapes
Thats normally it on weigh in day, but will update with dinner later, i usually have a treat to keep the cravings for the week at bay
