Day 10 - Wed 11th March

A messed up day. I was just too busy at school so didn't get breakfast till 11am, and I didn't have lunch til 6.30pm. I think I'll end up having low carb oatmeal for tea around 9pm, and pop some berries and nuts on top as my snacks.

Ex - unplanned rest day...better be up early tomorrow to fit in HIIT before work...
Water: 2 litres so far

B - teriyaki salmon with sugar snap peas

L - stuffed peppers (so scrummy!)

T - reduced carb oatmeal with nuts on top

I wouldn't describe that as messing up ;-)

Think what you would have eaten before this diet on a crazy day like today. I think you're doing amazingly

You are so right! It's so easy to be hard on ourselves, isn't it?

I don't think this is a messed up day at all. He doesn't specify having to eat first thing, so I wouldn't really worry about it. Don't be hard on yourself, life is life and some things just get in the way sometimes, but you've done really well to keep on plan with being so busy!!

Day 11 - Thurs 12th March

Ex: HIIT first thing...5 x 30s of high knees, jump squats, burpees with press ups, lunge jumps, with 45s rest between each one. Bet my butt aches tomorrow!

Water - 3 litres

B - build up bagel

L - stuffed peppers

T - teriyaki salmon with feta eggs. Half each of 2 meals as my kiddies have taken to the 90 Day SSS plan recipes, but they eat half portions! They also shared their own built up bagel for breakfast :) I love seeing them eat so healthily.

S - egg, macadamia nuts

Haha, I love that your children have adopted your plan, they'll be taking on the hiit sessions with you soon!

I love it too! It's great they see me eating heathily, rather than skipping meals all the time :)

Ex: 15 HIIT intervals on the spin bike (9 @ 30s, 6 @ 45s)
Water: almost 3

B (at midday!) low carb oatmeal

L (at 6.45pm!) steak, rice & spinach

T (at 10pm) egg & feta hash made into muffins

S - protein shake after workout, 22g cashews after dinner
 
Day 12...Fri 13th March

Ex: 15 HIIT intervals on the spin bike (9 @ 30s, 6 @ 45s)
Water: almost 3

i love spin classes. X happy Saturday
 
Day 13...Sat 14th March

Ex: 7 mile cross country hike (but no HIIT so officially a rest day)

B - 5 feta/egg muffins

S - cashews

L - Lizzis granola, Greek yoghurt & raspberries

T - stuffed peppers and broccoli
 
Day 14

Ex: fasted HIIT workout 5 x 30s high knees, jump squats, jump lunges, press up burpees with 45s rest between each one.

Post workout - protein shake

B - quinoa porridge with raspberry, banana and honey sauce

S - 2 rice cakes, tuna paste

L - broccoli bread with 2 fried eggs

T - cashew curry with mange tout

S - macadamia nuts

It's his recipe for salmon paste but I do it with tuna...recipe below. It's just blend & serve on 2 rice cakes...scrummy! My kids love it too, in their sandwiches or on rice cakes.

Ahhhh yes I have this but I'm not a massive fan of sour cream or cottage cheese.
 
Yeah I might give it a go, the flavour of the fish and snack a jack might help.
