difference between CD & LL?

Hi eveyrone,
can anyone tell me the difference between the CD and LL?

in brief, withh ll, u get group councelling, n is £66 cd is £33 average but with no councellin, also on cd every 5th week u have an add a meal week with protein n white/ green veg, and cd has many extra flavours in the shakes, some pple find the councellin fab, n cudnt stick without it, others dont feel anythin so therefore cd is half the price

I have a good chat to my CDC, so I think that is counselling on a one to one basis!! and I love the flavours too!!
