Hello ladies,

Do you think then it would be ok to do ss+ once a week and ss all the rest of the time? I am really really missing vegetables!
From the last ime i was on here i think it was around 2.5 to 3 lbs a month- certainly not much
I'm thinking about maybe having a 'sunday lunch' of ss+ so if its only a neglidgable difference I might give that a go.

Not so much for me to be honest as it is for my other half so we can have a sit down meal once a week!
