dis-coloured tongue!!

any else suffer from a dis-couloured tongue (brownish) since been on this diet?

Mines, is not brown but it is coated at the back. Keep drinking water and brishing, it helps

I believe this is a sign of ketosis and a good thing, I just brush mine with a yard brush.
It could also be..............well, you haven't been crawling around the gaffer have you as some people where I work suffer the same fate and are not on this diet. (Brown tongue syndrome)x

My tongue is a wonderful manky brown colour too,have to keep my mouth shut,my husband will think its a blessing!

Its completely brown, i never stop brushing it!

I think a brown tongue is well worth being skinny tho
