Disappointing first weigh in

And remember you can only lose 1-2lb of fat per week, anything more is water or muscle:grouphugg:
That's still a good weightloss, stick with it and watch the pounds fall off.
1lb is better than nothing but I can understand it making you feel like sh*t

Did you weigh in at the same time you weighed in the first time wearing similar clothes?

I weigh in in the morning wearing just my nightie or PJ's right after I've been to the loo

If I was you I'd ignore this weigh in and weigh in after a week on SF :)

dont knock a 1lb weightloss its still a loss for you,, why not try weighing yourself monthly thats what im gonna do as id get depressed with weekly weigh ins makes it seem like less pressure on yourself then
Plus your only 5 days in, another 2 days might make all the difference. FattyMcBigbum is right about getting weighed. Make sure it's the same time of day and your wearing the same clothes. Like FMBB i get weighed on a sunday morning, right after i've been to the loo and i'm always in my bra and pants. This might sound daft too but make sure your scales are always in the same place too. It's suprising what a wonky or uneven floor can do to use weightloss!
