Okay, so after 4 years of using these diets I thought I'd seen everything, from extreme constipation to weapons grade gas emissions...to accidentally making a chicken and banana milkshake and throwing my last pack of the day down the sink by mistake. Today I managed to blend my foodpack perfectly, only not just the contents of it, part of the pack must have fallen in - so I actually blended my foodpack!

You know we joke about a lot of Cambridge products tasting of cardboard? Well, this tasted a lot like paper and foil. YUM YUM.

Wonder if I'll have sparkly bits in my poo in 3 days?
