Diversion Tactics!

Hi,

Trying to come up with things to do when I want to eat, I've come up with three things I will do each time I get the munchies...

1)Clean teeth
2)Have a glass of water
3)'Push 10'...(ten press ups - girls version!).
 
i play bingo on galabingo.. lol

oh and i smoke alot more now too :( (next thing to give up when i get to goal)
