I will get to goal .....
So as you all know I'm a gym addict
. I go around 5 times per week and do a mixture of weights & cardio. In addition, I walk my babies 2-3 times per week for 45-60 mins a go.

So according to the points calculator I should be on 17 points per day (which with the exception of last night, I have been sticking too). In a week I easily clock up 10-15 + bonus points :character00115
this week I am at 9 already and still have 4 days to go).
I know that the rule is that we shouldn't eat more than 12 BP's a week and that we should aim to earn more than we eat. At the moment I don't eat any BPs and think perhaps I am not eating enough?
So should I up my points everyday, just on days I exercise or should I continue with just 17 points?
