Do shakes fill you up?

    Do they?

    I find the chocolate shakes fill me up, as they seem to have a slightly thicker consistency (probably just my imagination!) where as I don't feel full at all after any of the other flavours, worst seeming to be the vanilla one.

    I think it depends on what you do with them.
    With the vanilla, I have it hot, with two teaspoons of coffee and a sweetener. It makes it feel like a very indulgent Latte!
    With the chicken soup, I add chilli flakes and lots of pepper and feel full after.
    I agree with you though, the chocolate is the most satisfying (I am an ex-chocoholic!)

    Hi my names Sam and I................ am a chocoholic. Benn on Lt once before and back again and I find the chocolate is filling and keeps sweet tooth away too. mmmmmmmmmmm lol

    yeah the choc is def filling no matter what way I take it. I've noticed when I make it in the shaker it is really thick. Though the others blended with ice really fill me too...soshort answer = yes. :D

    I said this a few weeks ago, I am finding after my shakes I feel full also and having my water, Actually feels like I have had something to eat :p

    I find the soup filling with chilli, garlic and paprika and the choc shake either cold or hot, strawberry is too sweet for me.

    hi with my vanilla and choc i add coffee if i'm at home I use a blender which i think thickens them slightly, at work i just mix them in a screw top container then add hot to a hot coffee very nice!!!!

    Totally agree - I always feel fuller after a chocolate shake too - strange isn't it!

    chocolate shakes are great and very filling, I noticed that sumone wrote that they have soup on theirs, is this on the maintenance programme only?

    u can get chicken soup which is just a different flavour shake. does ur pharmacy not stock it? its rank anyway - or at least i think so, some love it xx

    I find them all quite filling but I put in 400 mls of water to them. Only have the chocolate one cold occasionally, apart from that I have them hot with coffee. I quite enjoy the soup (lots of pepper tho) when I'm forced to have a sit down meal with family. It makes me feel like I'm having something real.

    I will ask her later when I go in for my weighin but thanks for letting me know, I think I might try one just to say I have and then see what they are like, are there any other flavours as well? So far I have just been given strawberry and chocolate.

    I tryed it hot once and thought it was fowl!

    I have the chicken one everyday, as my daily savoury! Half cold half boiling water, and loads of chilli flakes and pepper.

    Flavours are: Chicken, Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry.

    I haven't yet tried the latte or choc hot but will soon - it's way too cold these days!!!
