that ur top looses loads of weight first and ur bottom half takes alot longer to loose the unwanted weight?
i am 8st 10 now, am getting closer to my goal now but frustrated with my big bum
i do this diet, i did it last year but was abroad alot with work so had a couple of months off, back on the wagon now though! first week not going too well, split up with bf yesterday, felt so low so ate a load of pancakes im still ligter this morning though which is wierd! i have started running again though this week so thats prob helping
yeah not too much now, my target is to be a size 8, i can just squeeze into a 10 now so not far off! how ong are u planning on staying on it?
