Yes, I do - I love to have a Kit Kat, maybe some lite chocolate mousse - that's what Syns are there for, a little of what you fancy to stop you going mad/getting bored/going off plan. I have all my Syns every day, my consultant said on day one that there is no slimming benefit in NOT having your Syns. I write down all my Syns so I can keep track and not have too few or too many.
