Do you do this a lot ?

AS you all know im doing sw, but ive been tending to use my syns on chocolate, i know thats fine and ive still been losing, but im wanna really try and not eat chocolate everyday, this morning ive had wetabix for breaky (HEB) so at lunch time could i have a sandiwch and syn the bread ? or do you think this would slow my loss ? , cos at the moment i chose bewteeen cereal for breaky or bread later on for sandwich i dont have both

As mentioned above you can lose your syns for whatever you like! I use most of mine on chocolate or ice cream because having little treats like that means I can stay on plan, but just do whatever works for you.

Also you have have 2 of each healthy extra on red and green if you fancied trying those.
