I expect that was me On 810, instead of the skimmed milk you can have 150g of fat free plain yoghurt. Don't have any of the fruit flavours. The 0% greek yoghurt is a good one But as I said on the other thread, if you are on your 13th week, you must have either the milk or the yoghurt to make your cals at least 810 Last edited: 30 March 2009
