Do you have to have the milk on 810?

I only have it every so often in a coffee if I fancy it.
 
Im just that i am meant to have it,its my set up week and going back on to ss after this so i just want to make sure im doing it properly?

Someone said i can have yogurt instead does anyone know what sort of yogurt and how much?

On 810, instead of the skimmed milk you can have 150g of fat free plain yoghurt. Don't have any of the fruit flavours.

The 0% greek yoghurt is a good one :)

But as I said on the other thread, if you are on your 13th week, you must have either the milk or the yoghurt to make your cals at least 810

Do you have to have skimmed milk, or could you have a smaller amount of semi skimmed, or even whole milk? I am still a few weeks away from week 13, but want to get myself mentally prepared?
