Do you measure?

The idea of measuring with an actual measuring tape and seeing numbers is rather depressing so I tend to just go by something which won't fasten and then see how far to go until it fastens and then get happy when it does.

However, that said, I have realised that my main measuring stick for my tummy is the car steering wheel !!!!
When I started the diet my tummy was on the wheel. Now I can see a little space between the wheel and me.
My next measure will be one finger space, then two fingers space etc.

my cdc measures every 4 weeks and writes it on my little card. i find it handy for buying clothes on the internet.
