Slow but sure....
I started a 'Do You Remember' thread a couple of weeks ago and it proved to be very popular - so I thought I would start off another and see how you like this one.....
Do You Remember Sunday Afternoon Teatime's....
When my children were young we used to have tea on Sunday afternoon watching 'Worzel Gummidge' he was a great favourite in our house.
We used to have toasted crumpets dripping with 'best' butter or cheese on toast, and fig roll biscuits (love em!) custard cream biscuits (my son's favourite even to this day) and I usually made a Victoria Sponge with strawberry jam and fresh cream.....and lashing of cuppa's to go with it all.
And we would round it all off with 'Bullseye' and Jim Bowen, "You can't beat a bit of Bully"!!! LOL......
Bliss!!!! lovely memories.
