Yes it could affect your losses. Depends how much your meaning by too much?
SW doesn't count calories, but everything has a calorie amount, so if your eating the pasta and sauce as a meal, then it would be ok, but if your eating them as a sanck as well as your meals then that might affect your losses. If you dont notice any affects then its ok. but if your not losing, cut back and see if it helps

Thanks Honey. I was having them for my lunch on days that I was short of time so not overindulging but I do think eating maybe 4 over a week slows my losses. I'm cutting back this week just to see if it does make a difference

If your having it as a meal then you should be ok. My hubby has supernoodles most days as his breakfast. he loses 2 - 4 lbs a week most weeks.
SW is a lot of trial and error, what works for one, may hinder someone else. so just give it a try having less and see if it makes a difference.

If its not affected your losses, keep eating them - however it is always a good idea to get some variety in you food weeks. I dont mean by having a different flavour either....more, a different food!!! Try to give your body a different meal each day otherwise it may become used to your diet and your losses could slow down.

Plus if you eat the same thing all the time surely you will get bored and could end up thinking SW is a boring plan - which is TOTALLY is not! xxx

Thanks Ellebear. I've got some veggies in to make a big batch of soup for the cold weather too so I'll stick a few portions of it in the freezer. I'm loving this plan but still finding my feet so thanks for the tips to vary what I eat...possibly it could be a case of my body getting used to the things I have been eating :)

i have been having them for lunch nearly everyday and am still losing however am trying a bit off variety this week i'm attempting a superspeed food week definatly want 1 and a 1/2 sticker next week :)
