Do I need a doctors permission to follow the Cambridge Diet Plan?

I think it depends on your BMI doll.. its probs worth giving your local CDC a ring..

if your BMI is over 40 then yes, or if you want to just do Sole souce, if you want to do SS+ and your BMI is less than 40 then you dont need doctors permission.

Hi Sharon !

You would also need your doctor to sign your Medical Record Form , before you start any Cambridge programme , if you have any medical condition or are taking any medication ( other than the contraceptive pill and HRT ( if prescribed for the menopause )
