For once I'm not concerned about weighing in tomorrow. I've been REALLY good this week and have eaten some lovely meals and a greengrocer's worth of fruit. I've also done a little more "exercise" as I've been given a walking stick by my ME physio & OT team so I can manage to get around easier without worrying about falling over.

And I've even got some syns spare to be sitting here with a large gin & slimline tonic.

Hopefully the lb will have gone to get me to my 2 1/2 stone shiney, but if not, then I know it's because I'm due to ovulate any minute and I tend to hold on to a bit of excess fluid at that point in the month.

Well I got the shiney :D

I lost 2 lb and am now just 1.5 lbs away from my next mini target.

I totally LOVE this plan...
