does any1 no how many points i should be on?

If you look at the sticky threads on this forum there is a thread that shows you how to calculate.

I am around same weight as you and am on 19 but it depends on activity level and age etc.

I only started a week ago and lost 3lbs in my first week. I did eat all my points.

This week am currently 10 points over :eek: - have clawed back 4 today - 2 from exercise and 2 from only eating 17 points. So by Friday (my weigh day) should be back to zero (but would have eaten all my points allowed for the week!!!)
