does any1 no how many points i should be on?

If you look at the sticky threads on this forum there is a thread that shows you how to calculate.

I am around same weight as you and am on 19 but it depends on activity level and age etc.

thanks,do you eat all of your points or save them if you eat them all how much is your weight looses?

Hi

I only started a week ago and lost 3lbs in my first week. I did eat all my points.

This week am currently 10 points over :eek: - have clawed back 4 today - 2 from exercise and 2 from only eating 17 points. So by Friday (my weigh day) should be back to zero (but would have eaten all my points allowed for the week!!!)

well i am doing it on my own at the minute,as gonna get the shakes out my system but will be thursdays when yours? xx
