........creamy leak sauce???

I have some pork that I was thinking of doing in a casserole with a creamy leek sauce.

I have FF Fromage Frais & if needed can use my HEa for some cheese.

Any idea's ??

Frylight leeks, add veggie stock and then stir in from frais when it's slightly cooled. That's how I normally do creamy mushroom sauce so would think it would work for leeks.

Thank you - was thinking something alone those lines. I used to make it with white wine, but wanting to do something more SW friendly, so will give it a go!

Was yummy! I have a picture picture section

In the end I used quark rather than FF Fromage Frais & it was lovely & creamy.
