Does anybody know the syn value for Caffe Neros wafer biscuit things? Called Loacker. They have no nutritional info on the pack. Thanks x

Hi, Not sure which ones you mean as there are a few to choose from. They're not in my book but if you Google Them you should see the ones you mean and then use the 20 cals per syn rule.

520 cals in a small wafer?? Is that not per 100g?

Its 11.5 per small pack, the nutritional info given on their website is per 100g and the packets are 45g. Hope that helps x

Oh that is slightly better then I wasn't sure how big the pack was, there are about 10 small wafers in the packs I buy x
