When I'm standing waiting to weigh in I feel really nervous, and actually dread it. Even if I know I've been really good, I still think I'm not going to have lost anything.

This week I'm hoping to loose 1.5lb to get my stone award, on one hand I'm excited about it, but dreading it incase I haven't.

Does anyone else feel this way? Does it ever get any better?

Yes! It was my first weigh in last night and I was quite scared I hadn't lost anything? I'd stuck to plan the whole week so there was no reason I wouldn't of but I think it's only natural to worry!! Good luck :)

It does get better the longer you've been at group. I don't really think about it much now but I also have the added bonus in that I'm weighed before group opens as I'm part of the social team... the not having to wait around and have that 'ohhhh how do you think you've done?' chat with people before hand helps!

  5. Yes, everyone does. And yes it does get better if you let it.
