My body has got into a REALLY annoying habbit of STS every 2 weeks..so much now i KNOW i will have not lost even if i have done everything right just by how many weeks ago i last plateued!
THEN...i do everything exactly the same and loose 4/5Ibs in a week...WHATS GOING ON!!
However, this is my second week of no weight loss even though i stick to the weight watchers points religiously AND exercise my arse off!!
Anyone else have these issues too?
