Weetabix Cake

Here's the sugar free recipe I have for spicy Weetabix cake:
Ingredients
2 Weetabix
113g (4oz) Sultanas
142ml (5fl oz) Skimmed milk
142ml (5fl oz) Water
113g (4oz) Self-raising flour
1 Teaspoon of Mixed Spice
14g (½oz) Artificial sweetener
1 Egg (beaten)
Method
(1) Preheat oven to 180°C, 350°F or Gas Mark 4.
(2) Put the Weetabix and sultanas in a bowl. Pour milk and water over the top and leave to soak up all the liquid.
(3) Stir in the flour, mixed spice, sweetener and beaten egg.
(4) Spoon the mixture into a 454g (1LB) lined loaf-tin, and bake in oven for 1 hr 15 mins, until cooked.

I'm sure I've seen one without flour, but I can't find it either.
It's free or both HEbs.
gggrrrr.
I was hoping someone would have found it by tonight....I guess I'll go use my Bs now! lol

I made one this weekend & slightly adapted by using 2 lots of HEB:

2 weetabix crushed
2 slices brown bread broken in to small pieces
1 tsp mixed spice
5 0z grated carrot
1 0z sultanas (4 syns)
2 tbs mincemeat (4 syns)
2/3 eggs
milk to bind

Mix all the ingredients together and place in a lined baking tin, bake in moderate oven for 40 ish mins.

This tastes just like bread pudding - I added 2 whole carrots rather than 5oz to bulk it out a bit more but it's down to taste really :)

Enjoy!

8 syns for whole cake as long as you are counting your HE's
