yes but only for 3 weeks and for all that heartache lost 4 lbs ...... so disheartened .......felt i was giving wrong messages to my children ....... so fully embracing atkins .........ie not just eating egg and bacon !! I am the lightest i have been for a yr on todays weight and can eat out easily ......... off to get some flaxseed today ......... good luck xx
