Does anyone know what we could take for a sore throat?

I am coming up with a cold as I am sitting right underneath d air con in work.Any idea what i wud b aloud to take??

WE wouldn't be allowed pastilles/lozenges or anything like that.
Maybe hot drinks would help soothe your throat? even hot water if you can't manage tea/coffee.

Maybe ring LT or ask your pharmacy if no-one comes up with a solution...

you could take a paracetamol, but not the sugar coated one..might just take the edge off it.

Hope you are feeling better...tell them at work you need to move desk or get them to switch it off....they are hopeless things, spreading germs ;-)!

Try and keep drinking as well as this will help.
