does anyone no if salad cheese can be counted as a healthy extra

I often use my HEA for cheese for my salad...is that what you mean?
I just weigh it out, grate it and put it on top.

theirs a specific cheese in tesco called "salad cheese", its even low in fat too, i've discovered it a few weeks ago.
 
Its one of those Eu things if its not Greek its not Feta so salad cheese is the same cheese just not made in Greece

Sainsburys Be Good to Yourself Greek salad cheese is 2.5 syns for 28gms. Because it has that strong feta cheese taste I find that 56gms is enough to make a really tasty greek salad.
 
I'd hope that one would be able to have more than 42g of this salad cheese, cos its half the fat of feta. if not, then whats the point, just eat feta.
