I am so determined to keep my syns as low as possible at the moment. Obviously if I really want something with a syn value I will have it but at the moment I am SO focused and want to do my absolute best, so have been opting for free snacks etc.
I have heard people say that if you don't have enough syns you won't lose weight as fast. But surely that's just because they are more likely to fall off the wagon and pig out? Surely my body is happier without any extra crap in my diet?!
What have you found in your own experiences? Does anyone else feel the same way as me about syns? I almost feel as though I'm sabotaging myself if I have the full 15!! (Although there are days when I completely blow syns values out the water, so then feel I need to compensate on the days when I don't have that temptation.)
