Doing this on my own! (feel free to comment/post advice)

Ok been on SW for 3 (coming up for 4 weeks) and its been going well but the weight loss is slowing (thats normal i know) but would like pointers if im doing something wrong so feel free to comment!! (oh and im doing extra easy!!)

So today:

Breakfast: 2 lean turkey rashers (cooked in george foreman grill) and one egg (done in frylight).

Lunch: Was at work so has to be "snacky" but a chicken mug shot, mullerlight yoghurt and rasperberries plus 1 babybell light cheese (part of my daily HE A)

Snack: Banana & clementine

Dinner: I think it will be steak and SW chips plus a bag of steamed veg (carrots, green beans and peas). Might grate some cheese onto the steak as i still have some HE (a) to use up.

Fruit and a options hot chocolate.

Im aware i havent had my HE B (cereal bars) yet but i dont know where im going to fit them in lol. Does it hurt if you occasionally miss those out?? xxx

So i had my steak for dinner, but then after dinner i had a skinny cow lolly as i was craving chocolate, so thats 4.5 syns and im still craving choccie so a options hot chocolate it is. over all, only 6.5 syns all day :) xx

Hmmm well the rasperberries were superfree and so was the bag of steamed veg?? Not sure where else i could fit anymore superfree in there :( Any suggestions would be appreciated :) I suppose i could of made a salad at lunchtime to go along with the mugshot? I did have my skinny cow lolly and my options hot chocolate so i had 6.5 syns yesterday :)

Lunch: Mugshot, alpen light cereal bar, Babybel cheese and raspberries.

Snack: Maybe more fruit and the other cerea bar?

Dinner: Got a friend coming over (who of course is not on a diet!) but im making the SW chicken curry with brown rice and i guess i will have a pack of steamed veg too.

Pudding: Merangues and fruit

and possible a options hot chocolate. All im drinking is the volvic touch of fruit water

hi looks good to me ! if i am cooking a curry or a hot dish i whack loads of veg in it like the inion, tomato and mushrooms maybe which would be your 1/3 superfree with your dinner so wouldn't worry about the extra veg, as for you breakfast and dinner you had fruit which also makes your 1/3..

I do exactly the same, If i dont have mushrooms or tomato's with my brekkie i'll eat a banana and orange after same with my lunch and dinner. as long as you eat it after then i think it counts ( well that's what i read here anyway) x enjoy your evening in.. Is it an x factor night!?
hi,hope you dont mind me joining in your menu looks great and as someone else said i think as long as you snack on fruit throughout the day you should be fine.somtimes not all meals go with veg do they,ie fish and chips,i mean to me they go with mushy peas not salad,but i will have some fruit after,but like i said if you eat plenty of fruit throughout the day anyway dont think it hurts to have the odd meal without superfree.god hope that makes sense x

i LOVE the mattensons turkey rashers (only the unsmoked tho...not the smoked). Defo recommend them!

Thanks ladies, i do eat tons and tons of fruit (Thats pretty much all i snack on) so i think im ok for my 1/3 a day. Will defo eat more apples and raspberries tho as i know they are superfree so should help.

Will put lots of onions in the curry tonight, dont think i have any tomatoes or mushrooms and its too chilly to go outside lol!!!

and yep its an x factor night! in the past that would of meant a lovely dominoes to go along with it....haha how times have changed!!! xxx
