Dolmio Bolognese sauce low fat

Does anyone know the syn value of Dolmio's bolognese sauce low fat? Thanks

It'll be 1 syn per 20 calories as there's no free food in that kind of thing.

Here we go:

Bolognese Low Fat Sauce, jar, 320g jar 5½
Bolognese Low Fat Sauce, jar, 500g jar 9
Bolognese Low Fat Sauce, jar, 750g jar 13

Yeah pre-packed pasta sauces dont get a free food allowance, nor do pre-packed soup, or anything with a pastry base. Sweets/chocolate etc obviously have no free food content anyway. mmm I think there's others but they've escaped my brain at the minute

Yep as Erm's pointed out any food without a free food allowance, is a simple calculation of 1 syn for every 20 calories.

That is snacks (cakes, chocolate, crisps, desserts, icecream etc), anything with pastry (even if it has a meat filling), all healthy extra items (when not using as healthy extras), sauces, condiments, soups, pre packed sandwiches, drinks

Hi can you please help?
You advise that the dolmio sauce is 5.5 syns is that for the wholejar? Or say for instance if the jar is divided into 5 portions would it be 1 syns?
