Done it 4 stone gone forever !!!! and to top it I got slimmer of the week and of the Month..... Really pleased

I hope every ond done well this week and especially the Wed WI crowd.

well done phil . I was 1/2lb off losing 4 stone last week . and this week put on 2.5lb LOL... I know i will get there soon so not to worry , well done you XX.
I then have another 4 stone to loose to get me where i wanna be
