I firstly want to say WELL DONE! on your fantastic loss. You have done really well to get your weight off. I have another 16lbs to lose. I think it is only natural for weight loss to slow down near the end. I try to focus on what I have lost rather that what I still have to shift.
I do a lot of walking as exercise and find that has meant I have had nice steady losses. I am now just taking it a lb at a time and working more at keeping it off then worrying to much on the last few lbs. good luck Jo x
