I just can't get back on track at all, obviously Weight Watchers is the best option for me but i just cant get back on track i tried to start last week and one day would be grand and the next 2 or 3 days id binge. I am just sick of feeling sorry for myself, I just want to DO it and food keeps winning.

I know a lot of people get like this but I am putting on so much weight my uniform shirt is not fitting at the mo since xmas so I am going around covered up and I am dreading the summer. There is plently of time to lose weight for the summer BUT WHY dont i just cop on :( i hate food its my enemy at the moment, i wouldnt let a man treat me like this why do i let food make me miserable. I just cant say no to food at all, its gone so bad i am thinking of going to counselling :(

Hi, I am sorry that you feel like this, tomorrow is a new day to start your diet and forget about all the other bad days you have had recently, for me I just take it one day at a time, make your zero pointed soup for when you get hungry. and allow yourself "goodies" at the end of each night as it is something to look forward too. when you feel like breaking your diet go for walk or just have a long bubble bath, or come on this forum, or drink fluids, (sometimes it a drink we need instead of food) good luck and let me know how you get on.

It will work hunny, if you really want it too it will. take it one meal at a time and then on day at a time. Every time you have something healthy instead of naughty its an achievement you should feel proud of. You can do this, just plan it out. And remember you dont need to eat *that* (whateva that may be, takeaway choc etc) you dont need to eat it now, it will always be available for you to eat tomorrow, or mext week or next year, there is no reason to eat it now. Eat when you are hungry, if you dont know what hunger is ( like i didnt really) then let yourself get hungry with some tummy niggles and then eat. Something healhty. Every step forward is a step in the right direction

Bless you, it's an awful feeling when you think food is winning we've all been there at one stage or another otherwise we wouldn't have a weight problem. Someone once told me to think of your allowance in weekly terms ie x amount of points x7 giving
X to use through the week, it helped because if you'd gone over your points allowance for the day you would automatically think I've blown it so I'll just have the rest of the biscuits and the multi pack of crisps etc it doesn't matter if you use 18 points one day 22 the next etc you may want to save points for the weekend. That's the thing it's about whatever suits you

I know that feeling only too well. The more down I get the harder WW seems. I restarted ystdy & trying to stay positive & take it a week at a time. The last time I did WW I lost 6.5lb in my 1st wk & 7lbs my 2nd !! You'd think that would be the motivation to stay on track. In the past I'm all or nothing so 1 wee slip & I binge. Hope this time I can learn to deal with this better & not beat myself up over little slip ups should they happen. Anyway best of luck & remember we are all here for the same reason so plenty of support going around x

When times get tough (and they have been tough for me lately) I kind of lost my way a bit and I find that the best way to keep focused is to re-visit your WHY when you feel like binging or giving up. Remind yourself WHY you want/need to lose weight and keep that in your thoughts every day. When I started on my new lifestyle, I first of all got my head in the right place and then it became easy after that, and do remember that a little bit of what you fancy isn't a bad thing as long as you have it in your points allowance. As someone else suggested, when it's getting tough come on here and chat to people who have all been there and done it. Even look at some of the success stories and pictures and convince yourself that you are winning and that you CAN do it. Most importantly, remember.... you are doing this for yourself!
