Dove's Farm Spelt Flour

Hi, I can't find this in my old food directory..I know that some flours have 5 syns and some 4.5 syns per 28 grams.
Could anyone help me with this?

Does it have calories on the packet - if so it will be one syn for every 20 calories

The problem is, that with flours it's a bit more complicated. All flours have pretty much the same amount of calories but some are healthier than others. Wholemeal flour for example has 0.5 syns less than white flour per 100 grams. And spelt is actually healthier so I was wondering if I can apply the same rule here
