downloadable food diary?

is there a downloadable version of the food diaries that they give you in group?

my handwriting is not the best and those sheets are quite small to get a whole days food into the slots, so being able to do one on Word or whatever would be really usefull...

you can do it online on the SW website, but that only prints out one day at a time and on A4 paper too, if they had a "print week" option then that would be usefull..

has a copy of SW food diary that i managed to save to my computer and could then print.

that looks different to the ones that my consultant gives us, no smiley faces on mine and it's A5 double sided ( 3 days on the front and 4 on the back..)..
I'm going to use that as a "watermark" on a word document and put a grid over it for putting the food into, should work well..
