Hi everyone

I have been doing slimming world now for 16 months and have lost 1st 9.5lbs I have 11.5lbs to go until target.

I have definitely hit a brick wall as I was my current weight back in September so staying at target will be a breeze when I finally get there lol.

Last week I fell off the band wagon big style but last night the scales were my friend and somehow I managed to maintain. Now I am drawing a line and starting again today. I haven't been on Minimins for long time I dont know why because it is great. I am going to start an online diary for you all to look at and help me out and to help myself and hopefully might inspire some people.

Keep posted and following so we can all help each other out.
 
so day 1 of my food diary looks like this

Breakfast: 2 x weetabix (HEXB) and semi skimmed milk (HEXA) topped with a handful of raspberries (S)

Snacks: Apple (S) & Plum (S)

Lunch: Jacket potato & beans, Yoghurt, apple (S) and plum (S)

Tea: carrot & swede topped cottage pie and veg

Drinks: 2 ltrs water, 5 tea's, 1 hot chocolate (2 syns)

Total syns: 2 syns
