Dreading monday

I am starting back at slimming world monday after not going for 7 weeks anyway last time i weighed myself at boots i was 12 stone 4lb how much you wanna bet i have put a stone on:cry: my own fault.My clothes still fit me so maybe i will be in luck
Anyway i will soon know

i know its hard to go back but you can do it and if you have put on it wont tke you long to start losing again Good luck its gonna be fine, in fact better than that, your gonna be great!! well done for making the decision to go back, sw leaders and groups are always so welcoming xx
