Dried Apricots

Hi,

I have a packet of Tesco soft dried apricots. Can these be used as a heb? the pack weighs 75g.

Just found this on the syn's section on the website:

Heb - on a green, red & EE is 142g apricots dried, stewed

That's for when they are stewed. If you're having the ready to eat ones as they are then you can have 71g as a HEB.
