Quick question...
I know ya can have abit of pepper with the soup's, but can you have dried mint??

well you can have mint tea and I guess your not having pounds of dried mint so I can't see a problem if it's just a pinch. Its only leaves after all. I would defo say it shouldn't be a problem, have you tried basil and oregano too they are really nice but you don't need too much

I'm pretty certain it is fine. I asked before about fresh coriander and was told it was ok, as is ( a small amount) of fresh chilli.

I also asked about fresh ginger, and was advised that so long as it was just being used as a flavouring and you weren't actually going to eat the fresh ginger (which I don't do anyway!), then even small amounts of that are fine.

Hope that helps a little bit, and gives you a few more ideas:)

Yes mint - dried or fresh is ok .... no sugar or vinegar with it though!!

Can you have vinegar on AAM week? I had some on my brocolli, so now just wondering if it's allowed....I know you can have pickled cabbage so thought it would be okay?
