I haven't been drinking as much water the past 3 weeks and have definitely noticed a difference and not for the better! Not sure if it's the water or running up and down stairs to the bathroom that did it, but need to kick my ass to start drinking more of it again!
I diff think drinking water helps, it helps me to feel fuller for longer as well, I have def noticed that weeks I drink more I lose more
also can I just ask how you edit ur tracker to show ur weight loss, mine didnt move sorry if this is not right place to put this question this website is still but confusing to me
I drink loads of diet coke a day. It cant be good for me but I like it and it does help wth the diet as I feel full and pee a lot (its a dieretic I think).
My plan is to switch to water which is better for me but at the moment I kinda need the coke and so will think about giving that up further along in the journey.
I drink Diet coke too, the co-ops own brand one is only 59p and i think it taste much nicer then the brand stuff. Some own brand ones are a bit gross though. Cant even remember what normal coke tastes like!
I always think I will do this and forget, I don't seem to be a big drinker. I like the idea of washing out a 4pint milk carton and putting water in that and seeing if I can drink more though so going to give that a go, got an empty one out on the side luckily I haven't binned it from breakfast this morning
i definately need to drink more water as i'm always getting headaches from being dehydrated, but i just find it SO boring! i have robinsons no added sugar squash in it but they're getting pretty monotonous too! does anyone know of any other no added sugar varieties of cordial/high juice/etc??
Yeah I drink my fluids with Asda lemon cordial, it is really nice.
I have also found that since I made the effort to drink 6 pints + a day, I am not as hungry and my losses have improved. I don't think the effects can be understimated
