im waiting for my bumper pack to arrive little nervous and excited. i have 4 stone to loose. was wondering is it only water we can drink???

I have a daily Coke Zero to curb the sugar cravings also peppermint or green tea are good. Black coffee is bleurgh but great for metabolism x
