Oh cool we're still neck and neck then T4M! I haven't got any bars yet going to save that until next week. Although I got a toffee and walnut shake to have tonight which I haven't tried yet....sounds yum.

I'm all set in my ways already re shakes and soups... I mix chocolate & vanilla packs then split em in 4, I have 2 coffees during day and water. If I feeling empty late afternoon I have 500ml bouillion. For tea I add tspn bouillion to a chilli soup bout 6ish with 500ml flavoured sparkling water. Then after 8pm I make 500ml black T & munch my bar - then its another day over.
It really strange when I started - I wished that it was 2 wks in, now in the blink of an eye it nearly is and I'm now wishing I was 4wks along.
I'm chuffed you had a good loss - head down for wk 2 now girl - we still got pounds to shed :chores016::chores016::chores016:xxx

I'm worried as its like a ritual already :coffee:..... Didnt realise how well I work to routine... I've also got packs stashed at my mums, work & car - just in case..... How sad am I?????? I can be a very single minded person when I chose & I feel so passionate about what I am doing. I dont ram it down everyones throat - except here :eek: as there's so much support xxx
