Hey guys ... i`ve been asked to be a bridesmaid in August by my lovely friend ... The only problem for me is the dreaded Batwings :rolleyes:

I will have a floaty shawl thingymajig ... but i`m really self concious about my baggy upper arms ... what exercises are best to combat thses ?

Sit on the edge of a chair and lower yourself down to the floor with your arms on the seat and come back up, do it few times, make it harder by putting your legs furthe forwards.
I also keep two bottles water and when the adverts see on TV do some arm exercises, I put my arms out to the side and make small circular movements while holding the water, after 3 minutes my arms kill! X these are just what I do at Min as can't get to a gym (prob wouldn't go if I had one close!) haha

I've been doing the 30 day shred and the difference in my bingo wings is unbelievable! They really droopy and wobbly before but they look almost normal now.
