Early Ketosis???

I'm on day 3 and only just had my first shake!! To be honest i wasn't even bothered whether i had it or not..........could i be in ketosis after less than 3 days???

I went in on day 2 - apparently it depends on the amount of carbs you had before starting.

It gets a bit easier from here!!!!

I tested on day 2 in the morning so 48hrs into SS'ing and my stick was light purple. So I'd say yeah you are xxx

hey guys
when testing with ketostix, is it the lighter the better?
i had an absolute battle in boots 2day with the pharmacist to get some, 1st they said they were prescription only, then i was told they were £30, and wen i convinced him they werent either of those, he wouldnt give me them coz i wasnt diabetic!! how shocking!
managed to get sum in the end tho, just not sure wat to do with them now lol

I've bought my stix in Boots & Tesco - they are not 30quid they're about 5-6quid ish - and they're def not prescription only as I've bought them a couple of times xxx

please don,t ever pay £30 quid i have bought some for £ 5 .25 at my chemist although in 2 other palces i know they were 7.99 and 8.99 for exactly the same thing ?? but not £ 30 quid also yes its possible i was in ketosis on day 3 early in the day to
