Hi Easter bunnies hope all is well today?

I am a 'hoppy' bunny today!! First weigh in shows 10lb weight loss - very delighted - only another 28lb to go ho ho

and my bmi nearly in normal range - I am soooooo delighted about that most of all!!!

gonna weigh again in a fortnight - no point checking every week for me - prefer the idea of fortnightly so I can put it out of my mind and focus on the diet and exercise

well on target and very pleased with myself - based on average of 4lb a week only 7 weeks to go now- as soon as 28lb gone will be going on to transition which (after research) I think this means high protein/plenty of exercise/small introduction of carbs - is this right?
