easy peasy ..

    eat less move more!& mixing it up high protien & shakes
    well so far anyways that could be cause im working 12 hour shifts and to busy to munch!! i am however not picking at work like i usually am!!
    so my fav thing in my hamper so far is most def the granola... pity its so teeny!!! but thats portion control i guess... or sheer cruelty ;) and the red pepper and goats cheese soup mmm is deli-sh i would pay in a restaurant for that :D
    anyways hope your all doing good tmrw i shall be trying the thai chicken soup and the macaroni.. oh the sausage casserole was ming!
    its trial and error the first month i guess xxx
